Front of House Staff

We're looking for a friendly, energetic and customer-focused Front of House Team Member to join our growing team at Cannington Snooker Lounge.

Your Responsibilities

- Greeting and assisting customers with a friendly attitude.
- Taking bookings and managing customer enquiries.
- Serving food and beverages.
- Promoting games, food, drinks and special offers.
- Processing payments and operating the POS system.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming venue.
- Helping create a fun and enjoyable experience for all customers.

What We're Looking For
- Excellent people and customer service skills.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell food, drinks and promotions.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
- Reliable,



punctual and well presented.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Preferred
- Knowledge of snooker or pool.
- Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) Certificate.
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience.
