Key responsibilities
- Being the friendly face at the front counter
- Helping tradies and customers with orders and enquiries
- Answering phones and keeping things moving smoothly
- Supporting the team with day-to-day warehouse/counter tasks
- Keeping the front area organised and running like clockwork
About you
- Has experience in trade wholesale, parts, or similar industries
- Knows how to handle a busy counter with confidence
- Is reliable, switched-on, and easy to work with
- Preference for electrical/HVAC experience
