We’re looking for an experienced, passionate, and energetic Front of House Staff to work with our small team at our vibrant pizza & pasta bar near the beach in Port Coogee. This is a casual role appox 3 shifts a week.

About the role: As Front of House Staff you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service and working well under pressure.

Key Duties & Responsibilities Include:

- Ensuring outstanding customer service and guest satisfaction
- Managing POS operations (Bepoz), EFTPOS transactions, and cash handling
- Table service, reservations, and take away service.
- Coordinating closely with kitchen and FOH staff for smooth service
- Bar operations including cocktails,



wine and beer service
- Maintaining venue presentation, cleanliness, and service standards
- Opening and closing the venue, including end-of-day procedures
- Contributing ideas to enhance customer experience and team culture

About You- You will ideally have:

- A strong passion for hospitality, food, wine, cocktails, and service
- 1–2 years’ experience in a Front of House Staff
- Confidence using POS systems (Bepoz experience highly regarded)
- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work calmly under pressure in a busy service environment
- Availability to work nights and weekends
