Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Frontend Developer / React Developer. The individual in this role will build and maintain user-facing web interfaces using React and modern frontend technologies, ensuring responsive and accessible designs.

Day-to-day tasks include translating UI/UX designs into functional components, optimizing performance, debugging issues, and collaborating with other developers or stakeholders to refine features. The developer will integrate frontend components with backend APIs, follow best practices in code quality and version control, and participate in reviews to ensure consistent standards. The role may also involve experimenting with new tools and frameworks to improve the digital experience and support ongoing web initiatives for CREDAI-MCHI Youth Wing.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development skills, including React and modern JavaScript, along with experience in Responsive Web Design.




- Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Web Development and Software Development principles, such as clean coding practices, testing, and version control.
- Candidates should possess basic Back-End Web Development knowledge to work with APIs and understand data flow between client and server.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with UI/UX collaboration, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization for modern web applications.
- Relevant qualifications include prior experience building React-based projects, comfort working remotely and independently, solid problem-solving skills, and effective communication with cross-functional teams.
- A degree or ongoing studies in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory; demonstrable portfolio or GitHub projects are highly valued.
