Functional Analyst – Dynamics 365 / Power Platform

13-month contract + possible extensions

Brisbane - Flexible working available

We’re looking for an experienced Functional Analyst to join a large transformation program based in Brisbane. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers and testers to understand business needs, shape functional requirements and support the delivery of solutions across Dynamics 365, Dataverse and Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and translate business needs into clear functional requirements and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions
- Configure Dynamics 365 and Power Platform components including forms, views, tables, business rules and workflows
- Support prototyping, testing, UAT and defect resolution
- Work closely with technical teams throughout Agile delivery




- Identify opportunities to improve processes and user outcomes

What We’re Looking For

- Strong experience in a Functional Analyst, Functional Consultant or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, Dataverse and Power Platform
- Experience with model-driven apps, Power Automate and business process flows
- Robust requirements gathering and process analysis skills
- Confident stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Experience in complex enterprise, regulatory or case management environments would be well regarded.
