This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager or Foreman to take charge of complex trade packages for a major $50M+ project.

Your new role

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing trade packages from start to finish and play a pivotal role in ensuring project milestones and quality standards are met. Day to day will include:

- Coordinate subcontractors and running toolbox talks.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards and reporting requirements are met.
- Assist in development and implementation of a short-term schedule to ensure project milestones are met.
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders, including the client.
- Ensure the site is safe and in line with WHS standards.

What you'll need to succeed

- Ideally, you will have relevant trade qualifications.

- Demonstrated experience working as a Foreman / Site Manager on commercial projects.





- Solid systems experience using systems such as Procore.

- Exceptional communication and time management skills.

- Attention to detail and an excellent work ethic is essential.
