Coles Group is seeking a Sourcing Manager - Spirits for our Hawthorn East team to drive the Exclusive Brands strategy within the Liquor panel. You will lead end-to-end sourcing projects across spirits, identify growth opportunities, negotiate with suppliers and manage product development to ensure quality, profitability and customer satisfaction.

You'll collaborate with Category Managers to forecast, drive sales and profit ahead of budgets, and coordinate with supply chain to maintain
