What You’ll Be Doing





- Lead day‑to‑day kitchen operations as the 2IC to our Head Chef
- Maintain high food quality, consistency, and safety standards
- Coach and develop a team of Cooks to help elevate their skills
- Assist with ordering, stock control, and kitchen administration
- Set the tone during busy services and create a positive team culture
- Ensure every guest enjoys a great food experience, every time

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone who brings:

- You hold a valid Blue Card, First Aid & CPR certificate or you're willing to obtain
- Experience in high‑volume kitchens (leadership experience highly regarded)
- A calm, organised approach under pressure
- A passion for mentoring others
- Pride in consistency, safety, and high standards
- A team‑first attitude and alignment with our values
