Latitude IT in Melbourne or Sydney is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead two squads across Australia’s two biggest cities, guiding the migration of a flagship data intelligence SaaS platform from Java/Tapestry to React, TypeScript and Node.

You will balance hands-on coding with strategic leadership, review PRs, defend migration choices, and collaborate with teams providing shared services. Solid JVM background and experience with frontend modernisation are essential.
