Nextt is seeking a Senior Disability Support Worker / Team Leader to join our Ballarat team on a 6-month maternity leave contract with potential extension. The role is in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) setting, combining hands-on care with leadership responsibilities to support participants toward independence.
You’ll lead by example, mentor staff, and ensure care plans and health strategies are followed while facilitating teamwork and quality documentation.
