We are seeking an experienced Receptionist / Client Experience Coordinator who is organised, proactive and passionate about providing outstanding customer service.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience from the moment they contact or visit our clinic.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting clients with warmth and professionalism
- Managing appointments and clinician diaries
- Answering phone and email enquiries
- Processing payments and gift vouchers
- Maintaining accurate client records
- Supporting the clinical team with daily administration
- Assisting with social media tasks, including basic knowledge of Meta platforms
- Ensuring reception and waiting areas are presented to a high standard
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous experience as a Cosmetic Clinic Administrator or Medical Receptionist (preferred but not essential)
- Experience using appointment booking systems
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and a professional presentation
