Rockpool Residential Aged Care is seeking a Maintenance Officer to ensure protected, efficient maintenance of buildings, equipment and grounds. Reporting to the Hospitality and Services Manager, you will manage a preventative maintenance schedule, respond to reactive requests and coordinate external contractors.

This hands-on role supports resident safety, dignity and comfort, with a focus on compliance with WH&S; and aged care standards, plus sustainability improvements.
