SEEK Pass is a trusted digital passport used by over 4 million people to manage and share their verified identity, credentials and documents.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our Operations team based in North Sydney, to help us verify our growing portfolio of credentials, using our purpose-built online system.

Location: North Sydney

Pay rate: $37.50 p/hr + superannuation

Shift details: Our operating hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, closed on weekends and Public Holidays. We are looking for candidates who are able to work full-time hours but are versatile to work slightly less hours as the volume of work decreases.

Duration: 6 month contact with the potential to extend

Key responsibilities:

- Process up to 30+ different credentials
- Assess submitted documents to determine if they meet quality thresholds




- Cross-check user input against the document provided and fix errors where you see them
- Meticulously record document data into our system

What you need to succeed:

- Strong attention-to-detail
- Comfortability using standard keyboard shortcuts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with a high-volume workload and deadlines without compromising on quality
- Ability to learn and adapt to change quickly
- A security-first mindset and can-do attitude
