Florē Women's Health is a direct-pay telehealth clinic built around the time and structure this work actually needs — and we're recruiting GPs and nurse practitioners who want to practise that way.

Our patients are Australian women in perimenopause and menopause, many of whom have spent years searching for answers and support. Our model gives you 40-minute initial consultations, structured follow-up, and continuity of care, all supported by secure clinical systems and a collegial approach that sits alongside patients' existing GP relationships.

Who we're looking for

- AHPRA-registered GP and nurse practitioners, based in Australia
- A genuine interest in women's hormonal health, particularly perimenopause and menopause
- Existing training in menopause and perimenopause care — or a real willingness to undertake it
- Comfortable practising via telehealth, with the communication skills to build trust remotely
- Committed to evidence-based, unhurried care
