About The Role The San Churro team is seeking for team members that are hard-working, highly motivated, positive, enthusiastic individuals looking for a challenging and rewarding position in the hospitality industry*.* Weare currently in need of General Team Members, Barista and Supervisor to be part of our store in Northbridge. You will also be responsible for contributing to the upkeep and appearance of our Chocolateria as well as OHS standards. In return, you will have the opportunity to work with a fun-loving team in an exciting young company that fosters internal development and promotion.

General Team Members
- Relevant experience is great,
but if you’re ready to learn we want to hear from you too!
- Barista Experience will be a bonus!!
- A people first approach to employees and customers
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Happy attitude and a desire to provide a high level of customer service
- Ability to work during peak trading days and hours
- Should be available to work on rotating shift
Barista
- Barista experience (Bonus)
- A background in hospitality
- Advanced interpersonal, communication, customer service and leadership skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
Supervisor
- Experience as a supervisor or strong hospitality experience ready to take the next step up
- Must have barista experience
- Advanced interpersonal, communication, customer service and leadership skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work during peak trading days and hours
