Are you a Degree-qualified Graduate / Junior Geologist looking for an actual career opportunity, not simply another “job”? Plenty of geology roles around - some paying very attractive money. Great. But what are you actually signing up for? Genuine development, or six months doing the same task until you’re frighteningly good at one tiny part of geology? Big promises are easy. Ask awkward questions. We’re looking for 2–3 Graduate / Junior Geos, fresh out of uni to ~2 years’ experience, joining a seriously reputable mining & exploration group over the next month or so (neg). Get stuck into real Exploration - RC & diamond rig supervision, chip/core logging, field mapping, interpretation; the foundations that turn a geology degree into a geologist. Add structured training, top-tier mentors, multiple commodities, monster exploration budget and genuine career progression - not the kind enthusiastically promised at interview then mysteriously never mentioned again.

We want motivated geos who enjoy a challenge, aren’t frightened of getting filthy, understand the Australian sun is indeed hot, flies are relentless little bastards,



and know real field experience early shapes where your career can go.

What's Required?

- Relevant Geology Degree & ideally with Hons (but not essential)
- Some experience preferred (e.g Vac work) up to 2 years experience maximum
- A current drivers license and ability to drive a manual (essential) in what will be some engaging terrain!!
- Eligible to work in Australia - Working Visas considered if you are already in Perth (sorry, no sponsorship available)
- Ideally be Perth/WA based
