We’re partnering with Toshi, an established and much-loved Australian lifestyle brand, to find a Graphic Design & Digital Content Creative to join their growing team.

This is a dream opportunity for a naturally inspired and commercially driven designer. From graphics, video and photography to AI-generated concepts, editing, graphic design and social content, you’ll help shape engaging, elevated content that captures attention while staying true to a refined brand aesthetic.

Toshi has been loved by Australian families for over 25 years and is continuing to invest heavily in ecommerce and digital growth. Working closely with the founders and broader team, you’ll play an important role in helping evolve the brand’s content presence across multiple channels.

This role would suit someone who is curious, adaptable, excited by emerging technology and genuinely passionate about creating content that is beautiful, refined and performance driven.

About the role

You’ll be involved in the end-to-end creation of digital content and communications, supporting both brand and ecommerce growth.

Key responsibilities include:

- Creating engaging, brand-aligned content across graphic design, photography post-production and video
- Producing digital assets for ecommerce, organic social media and marketing campaigns
- Experimenting with AI-powered creative tools, including AI image and video generation
- Developing visual concepts that align with Toshi’s refined aesthetic and brand values
- Supporting ecommerce campaigns with strong creative thinking and viral potential
- Managing digital marketing collateral and maintaining a consistent flow of high-quality content
- Researching content trends,



social-first formats and emerging technologies
- Collaborating with internal teams, external creatives, influencers and partners
- Supporting broader communications and marketing initiatives across B2B and D2C channels.

About you

You’re hands-on, commercially inspired and enjoy being immersed in the creative process.

You’ll ideally bring:

- 2 years’ experience in a content, creative or digital-focused role
- Strong experience in content creation, photography post-production and video
- Confidence with Adobe, Creative Suite, Figma, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign
- Experience or strong curiosity around AI image generation and AI video creation
- Understanding of brand aesthetic, with the ability to translate it into compelling digital content
- Curiosity, adaptability and confidence learning current tools and technologies
- A portfolio showcasing your creative work

Nice to have:

- Experience working within ecommerce, lifestyle, fashion, retail or consumer brands
- Photography experience and understanding of lighting, composition and post-production
- Experience with motion graphics
