The Pitch

- Acquisition: 100% new business. Zero account farming.
- Future-Proof Verticals: Focus on Creative & Marketing, Trust & Intelligence, Regulatory, Cybersecurity, and Specialist Engineering AI-Compounded Output: Use AI tools daily to map accounts faster, craft hyper-targeted outreach, and outsmart the competition.

The Builder Mindset You don't wait for playbooks, inbound leads, or permission. When you spot an unmapped sector or an untapped enterprise, you take 100% ownership, build the strategy, and close the deal yourself. Of course you will have the support of the whole team behind you.

What You Bring

- 3–5+ Years Hunting B2B Deals: Ideally proven track record, ideally in agency recruitment,



or tech/workforce solutions or perhaps you have grown your own business.
- Credibility: Demonstrated success winning and closing Australian mid-market and enterprise C-suites.
- Domain Alignment: Experience or solid fluency in Tech, Creative, Risk/Regulatory, Cyber, or Engineering.
- Qualifications : Degree or equivalent
- Location: Based in Australia (Sydney, Melbourne, or major metro hub) with full working rights.
