A landmark automotive precinct is preparing to launch in Melbourne's south-east, bringing together collectors, enthusiasts and industry specialists within a purpose-built destination dedicated to muscle, classic and performance vehicles.

This is a highly visible role that blends hospitality, customer experience, operations and relationship management.

You will be the face of the precinct, welcoming members, VIP guests and visitors while overseeing the day-to-day guest experience across the site.

From managing memberships and coordinating events to ensuring the premium member lounge operates seamlessly, you'll play a critical role in creating an environment that members are proud to be part of.

This is a Monday - Friday role with occasional Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver an outstanding experience for members, guests and VIP clients
- Manage membership enquiries, onboarding and ongoing engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact for members and visitors
- Coordinate member events, networking functions and special experiences
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the exclusive member lounge




- Ensure the precinct is presented to the highest standard at all times
- Build strong relationships with members, tenants and key stakeholders
- Assist with guest communications, bookings and event coordination
- Support operational activities and contribute to the smooth running of the precinct
- Create a welcoming, professional and highly personalised experience for all guests

About You

You are a hospitality qualified who understands the importance of exceptional service and memorable experiences. You may have experience in:
- Luxury hotels
- Private members clubs
- Premium hospitality venues
- Concierge services
- High-end customer experience environments
