Senior leadership opportunity | Commercial Property | Asset Management An established and highly regarded commercial property business is seeking an experienced Head of Asset Management to lead its Property Management and Asset Management function.

The Opportunity

As Head of Asset Management, you will take a senior position within the business, providing leadership, commercial guidance and operational oversight across the Property Management team.

You will work closely with clients, property owners and the broader business while supporting and developing the team around you.

This is not simply a portfolio management role. The position requires someone capable of stepping above the day-to-day, providing direction, solving problems and ensuring both clients and team members receive the level of support they need.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Your responsibilities will include

- Leading, mentoring and supporting the Property and Asset Management team
- Providing senior oversight across commercial property portfolios




- Building and maintaining strong relationships with property owners and key clients
- Supporting the team with complex property, leasing and stakeholder matters
- Driving high standards of client service and portfolio performance
- Monitoring workloads, processes and service delivery across the department
- Providing commercially considered advice to clients and colleagues
- Identifying opportunities to improve asset and portfolio outcomes
- Supporting the retention and development of key client relationships
- Working collaboratively with the broader business
- Creating an accountable, supportive and high-performing team environment

About You We are looking for an established commercial property professional who combines technical capability with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

You will ideally bring

- Strong experience across commercial property management and/or asset management
- Experience managing or mentoring property management professionals
- A sound understanding of commercial property management practices
- Strong client and stakeholder management capability
- The confidence to navigate difficult conversations and complex property matters
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
- A commercial and solutions-focused mindset




- The ability to work autonomously and take ownership
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A professional, approachable and collaborative leadership style
