As a Head of Digital, APAC, you will be a strategic leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of Information Technology, Data Strategy, and Digital Product Management within the DLL operations in APAC. You will play a critical role in shaping and implementing the digital and technology strategy ensuring alignment with market business objectives and driving technological excellence to support the organization's goals, digital transformation, and continuity.
You will provide technology and digital product consultancy to the rest of business functions and propose solutions to cope with business challenges, anticipating business changes and fostering innovation, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
You will create security by design culture within the technology team and uphold regulatory and global policies are fulfilled.
The role directly reports to global head of digital products and technology. This role will also be part of market management team to ensure prioritization and alignment with business objectives in the market.
Your Mission:
- Strategic Leadership: Implement the digital and IT strategy for the APAC region in alignment with the global digital strategy and market business objectives. Collaborate with business to integrate digital and data initiatives into overall business plans.
- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor an IT, Data, and Product team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, strong technology foundation, and continuous improvement. Ensure the development and retention of top digital and tech talent within the region.
- IT Operations & Delivery: Oversee the management of the service desk and support services, including acquisition and maintenance of IT office equipment. Ensure the adoption of best practices in IT security, compliance, and risk management.
- Application Development and Support: Manage the development and enhancement of software applications to meet the specific needs of the APAC business units. Manage the Software as a Service for digital, originations, and contract management, as well as integration (both API and batch). Provide support for existing applications, ensuring high availability and reliability. Ensure systems are built with security by design in mind and platforms running on current versions.
- Data Strategy and Analytics: Drive the development and implementation of robust data management, governance, and advanced analytics solutions. Ensure the effective use of data for business intelligence, reporting, predictive modeling, and decision-making processes. Implement regionally based on global data management strategy and associated architecture.
- Digital Product Management: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products and services via SaaS solutions, portals, and custom platforms, ensuring tight alignment with business objectives and customer needs. Lead product mapping and digital product development to drive the innovation and enhancement of digital offerings and propositions.
- Architecture: Maintain the technology roadmap architecture for the APAC region, ensuring scalability, flexibility, sustainability, and alignment with business strategy. Collaborate with global enterprise architecture team on recommendation of recent technologies, methodologies, and frameworks to enhance the overall IT architecture. Manage technology risk within APAC risk appetite.
- Supplier and Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with external suppliers, SaaS partners, and vendors,
ensuring the delivery of quality services and solutions. Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize costs and enhance service levels. Manage the day-to-day relationship of the supplier, including incidents, performance metrics, and quality delivery enhancements.
- Innovation and Emerging Technologies: Stay up to date on emerging technologies, AI/automation, and industry trends, assessing their potential impact on the business. Collaborate in innovation initiatives and pilot programs to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Regulatory Compliance and Controls: Ensure compliance with regional and global regulations related to IT, cyber security, data privacy, and data management. Collaborate with security, legal, privacy, and compliance teams to address any regulatory requirements.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the Digital and IT budget for the APAC region, ensuring cost effectiveness, ROI on product investments, and resource optimization. Provide regular financial reports and forecasts on investments to senior management.

- Digital Product Management: Deep understanding of the end-of-end product lifecycle, agile product mapping, and managing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and custom platform integrations.
- Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Ability to lead, coach, and bridge communication between traditional IT engineers, data specialists, and business product managers.
- Data Governance & Analytics: Proficiency in implementing data management strategies, data governance frameworks, and leveraging business intelligence for predictive modeling and corporate decision-making.
- Digital Transformation: Proven ability to lead the migration from legacy IT mindsets to modern, product-led operating models.
- Vendor & SaaS Ecosystem Management: Strong capability in managing relationships, performance metrics, and SLAs with modern digital vendors and SaaS providers.
- Enterprise & Solutions Architecture: Knowledge of technology roadmap design ensuring scalability, flexibility, and alignment with overarching business strategy.
- Security by Design & Compliance: Deep commitment to establishing security-first cultures, managing technical risk, and ensuring compliance with regional data privacy regulations and global cyber security policies.
- IT Operations Excellence: Oversight of foundational IT services, high-availability application support, and technical infrastructure continuity.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven experience navigating international corporate structures, managing dual-reporting lines (local business vs. global digital/tech leadership).
- Financial & ROI Acumen: Mastery in developing technology budgets, optimizing resource allocations, and demonstrating clear ROI on digital and data investments.
