About the Role

As the Head of People & Culture, you will lead the development and integration of workforce systems, frameworks and strategies that support a capable, engaged and values-aligned workforce As the Head of HR you will be involved in Employee Engagement, Driving Culture into the future with empathy and courage. Supporting in building our Leadership Capability across the business.

Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, this senior leadership role will influence organisation-wide workforce initiatives, partner closely with Executive Leadership team, and drive People & Culture programs that enable sustainable growth, workforce excellence and outstanding client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

You will provide strategic leadership across:

▪ Workforce strategy and organisational design

▪ Workforce planning & Development

▪ Employee relations and workforce governance

▪ Leadership capability and culture initiatives

▪ Workforce compliance and risk management

▪ People systems, workforce analytics and reporting

▪ Continuous improvement and operational excellence

This role requires a commercially minded leader who can balance strategic thinking with operational execution while building strong partnerships across the business.

About You You are an accomplished People & Culture leader with a proven ability to deliver workforce initiatives in complex, service-based environments.

You will bring ▪ Extensive senior HR or People & Culture leadership experience

▪ Strong knowledge of employment legislation, employee relations and workforce governance





▪ Experience leading workforce planning, organisational design and culture initiatives

▪ Demonstrated success influencing and partnering with executive stakeholders

▪ Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving capability

▪ A collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing high-performing teams

▪ Experience utilizing workforce data and insights to drive business outcomes

Essential Qualifications

▪ Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related discipline

▪ Relevant skilled memberships or certifications are highly regarded

▪ Current Australian work rights

▪ Ability to meet role-related compliance requirements including National Police Check and relevant screening clearances where applicable Why Join Lumia Care?
