Role Description The Head of People Systems & Optimisation is a full-time, in office role based in Brisbane City, QLD. This role leads the design, implementation,



and continuous improvement of HR systems, tools, and processes to support a high-performing and data-driven People function.

Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing HR technology platforms, optimizing workflows, and ensuring accurate people data and reporting for strategic decision-making. The role collaborates with HR, IT, and business leaders to streamline employee lifecycle processes, enhance user experience, and drive automation and efficiency across talent, payroll, and workforce management systems. The Head of People Systems & Optimisation also governs HR policies and compliance within systems, manages vendor relationships, and leads teams to deliver consistent, scalable solutions.
