This is an opportunity to join an established market leader in building products at a significant point in its journey.

The business is nearly three years into a broader transformation with a significant opportunity ahead as it expands beyond its traditional focus on new homes and further into the much larger renovation market.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you’ll lead the ANZ sales organisation with 5 direct reports and broader oversight of a team of 20+.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

- Shape the strategy: Build the 0-18 month ANZ sales strategy and translate it into explicit commercial priorities and measurable outcomes.
- Lead execution: Bring the organisation behind the strategy and ensure plans are executed consistently across customers and channels.
- Own key relationships: Be a senior face of the business with major customers and partners across builders, dealers, installers and architects.
- Build capability: Lead,



coach and develop the sales organisation while strengthening commercial capability across the team.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has senior sales leadership experience across FMCG, building products, construction or a similar B2B2C environment.
- Has built commercial strategy and successfully driven it through to execution.
- Brings strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering sustainable growth.
- Has experience leading and developing multi-channel sales teams.
- Is a strong influencer who can bring people with them and enjoys spending time with customers and teams in the field.
