Due to our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and reliable Health and Safety Advisor to join our team across our ongoing and upcoming Perth Metro Projects . This role involves working as part of a skilled team delivering high-quality concrete and structural works in a fast-paced site environment.

About the Role
Reporting directly to the HSEQ Coordinator , you will be responsible for supporting the implementation and ongoing improvement of health and safety systems across construction projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Conducting regular site inspections, safety observations and audits
- Providing practical WHS advice and support to site teams and supervisors
- Assisting with risk assessments, SWMS and safety documentation
- Monitoring compliance with company policies, procedures and WHS legislation
- Supporting incident reporting, investigations and corrective actions
- Assisting with toolbox meetings, pre-starts and safety initiatives
- Identifying hazards and working with site teams to implement effective controls
- Maintaining accurate safety records and documentation
- Supporting the HSEQ Coordinator with ongoing safety improvement initiatives
- Promoting a strong and proactive safety culture across projects
About You:
- 2+ years' experience in a Health & Safety / WHS Advisor role
- Previous experience within construction, formwork, reinforcement, concrete or FRP is highly desirable
- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (WHS) or equivalent/higher qualification
- Current Construction Industry White Card
- Full Driver's License
- Sound understanding of WA WHS legislation, construction practices and safety requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The confidence to work directly with site teams, supervisors and management
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously while also being part of a wider HSEQ team
- Relevant degree in WHS, Occupational Health & Safety or a related discipline is desirable
