About the role

Do you love bringing luxury experiences to life across web, email and paid ads with a strategic and performance-focused approach?

Team, technology, and a complete dedication to performance and brand evolution. These are the principles that define us. You join us off the back of a period of rapid growth, and you will help build the creative operational frameworks that hold our aesthetic standard as the team scales.

You will design premium fashion visuals across every digital channel, with a sharp focus on email and retention journeys, paid media and on-site conversion.

You report to the Head of Marketing and sit within a marketing team of six. You will work alongside our Junior Graphic Designer, who you will mentor and develop. This role has no direct reports.

What you will do

Email and retention

- Design email campaigns and user journeys in Figma, Adobe Suite and other platforms
- Build reusable modular EDM templates that speed up production without flattening the creative
- Produce design variants for A/B testing across flows and campaigns

Ecommerce and web

- Design homepages, landing pages, banners and collection creative
- Work with our Ecommerce Manager on image selection so we present the strongest visuals on every page
- Edit and prepare website assets for seasonal collections to zk standards and specifications
- Build high-impact homepage assets for weekly product drops




- Design for conversion. Layout, hierarchy and CTA treatment are well understood and tested consistently

Paid media

- Create platform-aware visuals for paid social, paid search and retargeting
- Produce static and light motion variants at the volume testing requires
- Manage briefs into, and out of our paid media agency, as well as a small team of external freelance supports

Campaign and seasonality

- Adapt creative into the full asset suite each channel requires, ensuring modern workflows and maximum efficiency
- Support seasonal lookbook design alongside our Creative Director, print-ready and on time
- Edit, retouch, composite and colour correct product, lifestyle and campaign imagery
- Produce light motion graphics, GIFs and short-form video edits

Standards, team and process

- Mentor our Graphic Designer through ideation, collaboration, feedback and technical support
- Support recruitment and onboarding for future creative hires
- Contribute to creative reviews for brand consistency, quality and production accuracyKeep source files, templates and final assets organised so work can be updated and reused
- Find and fix inefficiencies in our creative process and workflow
- Bring recent ideas, executions and visual concepts within brand guidelines every month
- Use AI-assisted tools to lift output without dropping the standard.
- Stay current on fashion, ecommerce, design and emerging creative tools





What you will bring

- 5 to 7 years in digital graphic design
- At least 3 of those years in a fashion, e-commerce or consumer brand, or within an agency working across the same contexts.
- At least 2 years producing paid digital and email creative at pace
- A portfolio showing sound judgement in website and brand execution: layout, grids, typography, colour, spacing and hierarchy
- Advanced Figma skills, as well as working knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
- Experience designing to an established brand system, and the confidence to evolve it
- An eye for how a design translates to web, including how layouts behave across screen sizes

- Clear communication, and the confidence to explain your reasoning and take feedback
- Comfort working to performance data. You should want to know what the asset did after it went live
