The RoleAn opportunity has become available for several Senior Registrars / Fellows (Emergency Medicine) to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 14 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.You willProvide appropriate evidenced-based clinical care and delegate the provision of clinical care to patients under their nameTeach and supervise junior medical staff, students, nursing staff associated with the serviceContribute to the Emergency Department developing recent tertiary rolesProvide ethical decision making in the achievement of organisational goalsAbout youTo be successful in this position you will require:Bachelor of Medicine / Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent recognised qualification is a requirementRegistration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)Fellowship of the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine (FACEM) or equivalent and be eligible for registration as a specialist with AHPRAEvidence of competency in speaking and communicating in English as demonstrated by having completed the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) examination and achieving a minimum score of 7 in each of the four componentsEvidence of vaccination, or be able to be vaccinated against and remain vaccinated against - Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Hepatitis BTuberculosis screening,
