The EQ Hotel in Perth is seeking an experienced Chief Concierge to lead the Concierge, Porter and Valet teams ahead of our grand opening. You will ensure a warm welcome, personalised recommendations and seamless service, acting as the local expert on Perth dining, attractions and transport.
This role requires robust leadership, a passion for guest service, and the ability to establish pre-opening standards, train staff, recruit rosters and build trusted partnerships with local partners.
