Access Aged Care is seeking an experienced Registered or Enrolled Nurse to support an after-hours clinical triage service. This highly autonomous role requires robust clinical knowledge, sound decision making, and the confidence to assess and prioritise resident care needs independently.
You'll review incoming requests from Residential Aged Care Homes, determine urgency, coordinate medical review pathways, and escalate as needed.
