We are seeking an Injury Management Advisor to join a leading occupational rehabilitation provider in Melbourne, VIC. In this role you will draw upon your extensive experience to develop and promote injury management strategies across the state of Victoria. This is a full-time position with a hybrid arrangement 3 days per week in the Melbourne CBD office and 2 days remote.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to deliver effective return to work strategies
- Coordinate and oversee rehabilitation, injury management and return to work activities
- Act as an expert in Workers Compensation and Injury Management policies and procedures
- Provide injury management leadership across the state of Victoria
- Participate in case management strategies, workplace assessments, modifications and job redesign
- Attend claims review meetings and contribute to quality assurance and service improvements
Benefits:
- $120,000 per annum + superannuation (inclusive of travel)

About You:
- Relevant Allied Health tertiary qualifications and full registration
- Minimum 5 years' experience in injury management or return to work positions
- Significant occupational rehabilitation industry experience
- Proven experience coaching and training on return to work and rehabilitation programs
- Proven experience managing complex and serious injury claims
- Proven experience in risk management and injury prevention strategies
- Demonstrated experience in the delivery of occupational rehabilitation services and strategic portfolio management
- Customer service orientation with experience managing customer service agreements
- Demonstrated ability to independently generate referrals and build a portfolio
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience training, coaching and developing others
- Advanced knowledge of workers compensation, rehabilitation and occupational health and safety legislation
- Current and valid Australian driver's licence
- Eligible to work permanently in Australia
