HCF is seeking a strategic Head of Retention Strategy & Operations to own the 2030 Retention Strategy and deliver cross-functional initiatives that boost member retention and gross margin. This 9-month parental leave cover will report to the Chief Officer Member Experience and lead collaboration across Marketing, Product, Data, Digital, Operations and Member Experience.

The role requires translating insights into actionable strategies, leading a data-led team, and delivering executive reporting
