About the Role

As part of our team, you’ll help create meaningful learning experiences inspired by children's interests, curiosity and strengths.

You’ll work within The Kinley Village Approach,



our relationship-based philosophy that embraces play-based learning, collaboration with families and reflective practice.

Together, we create environments where children feel confident to explore, discover and belong.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Holds (or is working towards) a Diploma, Working toward Diploma or Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care.

- Has a genuine passion for early childhood education.

- Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a supportive team.

- Understands child-led, play-based learning.

- Builds positive relationships with children and families.

- Wants to continue learning and growing professionally.

- Have excellent communication skills.

You will also require:

- Current Working With Children Check.

- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain).

- A strong commitment to child safety and safeguarding.
