We're partnering with a leading Australian gold producer to appoint an experienced Health & Safety Superintendent. Reporting into senior leadership, you'll lead a team of 7-10 safety professionals while driving continuous improvement across three underground mines, two open pit operations and a processing plant.

What you'll be doing:

- Lead and mentor a team of Safety Advisors, Trainers, Emergency Services Officers and an Occupational Health Nurse.
- Partner with operational leaders to strengthen safety culture and improve site performance.
- Review and enhance safety systems, policies and procedures.
- Lead incident investigations, risk analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coach leaders and build capability across the operation.

What we're looking for:

- Demonstrated Health & Safety leadership experience within underground mining.
- Diploma in Work Health & Safety.
- Experience with INX, Pronto and Microsoft Office.
