Role Description

We are seeking a responsive and customer-focused Helpdesk Analyst to provide technical support and assistance to users across hardware, software, systems, and network-related issues. The role involves diagnosing and resolving technical problems, responding to support requests, documenting incidents, and ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.

Key responsibilities include monitoring and managing support tickets, troubleshooting user issues, installing and configuring software and hardware, assisting with account and access-related requests, escalating complex incidents when necessary, and maintaining accurate support documentation. The role also contributes to improving support processes, user experience, and overall IT service quality.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of operating systems, computer hardware, networking,



and common business applications.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting technical issues and providing end-user support.
- Knowledge of ticketing systems, remote support tools, and IT service management practices.
- Basic understanding of Active Directory, user accounts, access management, and network connectivity is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset.
- Ability to explain technical issues clearly to users with different levels of technical knowledge.
- Strong attention to detail and effective time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple support requests and work effectively in a team workplace.
