Mass Resources is currently seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Operators for a day shift position at a major furniture distribution warehouse based in Keysborough.

We currently have 3 ongoing casual opportunities available within a modern, fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is ideal for reliable and proactive individuals who enjoy hands-on warehouse work and working as part of a supportive team.

Position Details

- Role Type: Ongoing Casual

- Shift: Day Shift

- Hours: 6:00am – 2:00pm

- Hours Per Week: 38 hours

- Overtime: Available, including weekends

- Pay Rate: $35.96 per hour

- Location: Keysborough, VIC (on-site)

Key Responsibilities

- Operating High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts

- Picking and processing orders using RF scanners

- Loading and unloading stock safely and efficiently

- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment





- Assisting with general warehouse duties and manual handling tasks

- Working collaboratively with warehouse and inventory teams to achieve daily KPIs

Requirements

- Valid LF Forklift Licence

- Minimum 1 year experience operating High Reach forklifts

- Experience using RF scanners to pick orders

- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety

- Current Australian driver’s licence and reliable transport (essential)

- Full Australian working rights

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively within a team
