Living Right Care is looking for a reliable Gardener to support NDIS participants with basic home and yard maintenance across Frankston, Seaford and the Mornington Peninsula.
We’re open to experienced gardeners, people looking for a career change, or someone starting out in the workforce. We also welcome applications from people with disability who can safely perform the inherent requirements of the role.
About the role:
- Lawn mowing, edging, and general garden maintenance
- Physical ability to perform manual gardening tasks including lifting, bending, and extended outdoor work is essential
- Supporting participants to maintain a safe and tidy outdoor environment
- Using a company ute, trailer, tools and equipment
- Starting from our Seaford base and travelling throughout the local area
- Working with a partner or independently while being supported by our office team
Requirements:
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Ability to work independently
- Police Check (or willing to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- Australian work rights are essential for this position
This is a physical outdoor role. You will need to be able to safely complete manual gardening tasks including lifting, bending, pushing equipment and working outdoors for extended periods.
