The Role

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for providing high level technical support and the management & continuous improvement of our client’s hose & asset integrity management programs. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who thrives on being proactive for our customers all while providing an exceptional level of customer service.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Manage key hose management contract accounts





- Develop and review hose specifications and datasheets

- Maintain and update client asset registers in both Excel and our cloud based bespoke hose register software

- Proactive management of hose and related assets, including planning scheduled maintenance

- Report on audit findings and provide recommendations

- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the HoseCo product range and offer product-related solutions

- Adhere to HSE standards and quality control procedures

- Support and promote HoseCo’s values

Skills and Experience

We are looking for someone who is:

- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

- Able to work closely with others in a team environment, as well as autonomously when required

- Willing to adapt to changing business requirements

Our ideal candidate will have;
- Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills

- Previous experience in an asset maintenance related role

- Mechanical or related engineering degree preferable

- Previous experience with industrial and hydraulic hose & fittings preferred but not essential

The successful candidate will be required to provide a police check from within the last 12 months.
