We're looking for a genuine all rounder who can confidently work across every area of the hotel — front bar, bistro, functions, gaming and beyond. No two shifts are the same, and neither are you. If you thrive on variety and take pride in delivering great service wherever you're needed, we want to hear from you.

Key responsibilities

- Providing friendly, effective service across the bar, bistro and gaming areas

- Assisting with functions and events as required

- Supporting the team during busy service periods, wherever the need is greatest

- Maintaining our high standards of presentation, cleanliness and guest experience

- Working collaboratively across front and back of house

About you

- A genuine all rounder — happy to jump between sections and adapt on the fly

- Reliable availability, particularly across our busy periods
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong communication skills

- Previous hospitality experience preferred

- RSA/RP (Responsible Person) certificate

- Gaming badge
