We are seeking a skilled and reliable Hot Food Chef or Sashimi Chef to join our team. We have a full-time position available for a chef qualified in either discipline (or both).

Hours & Fortnightly Schedule:

- Alternating Roster: 36 hours one week / 45 hours the following week
- Weekdays: 10:00am – 8:00pm
- Weekends: 9:00am – 8:00pm
- Flexible shift arrangements discussed during interview

Key Responsibilities If applying as a Sashimi Chef:

- Prepare and present high-quality sashimi and sushi to kitchen standards
- Maintain seafood freshness, strict temperature control, and knife precision
- Assist with general kitchen prep, stock control, and daily setup

If applying as a Hot Food Chef:

- Lead and run the hot food section during peak service hours
- Prepare and cook hot menu items consistently and efficiently
- Manage section prep, ordering assistance, and kitchen hygiene standards

What We Are Looking For
- Experience:



Proven background as either a Sashimi/Sushi Chef OR a Hot Food Cook/Chef
- Location: Must currently reside in Perth, Western Australia (applications outside Perth will not be considered)
- Skills: Strong organisation, clean work habits, and ability to handle busy service times
