We’re looking for a hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our team and ensure every corner of the club looks and feels exceptional.

The Role

- Lead and support the Housekeeping team on shift

- Allocate daily tasks and keep the team moving

- Maintain exceptional presentation across change rooms, wellness spaces and member areas

- Conduct regular quality checks and address issues quickly

- Manage linen, towels, amenities and housekeeping stock

- Train and coach the team on cleaning, presentation and service standards

- Ensure hygiene, cleaning and WHS procedures are consistently followed

- Be hands-on. You'll lead from the floor, not the sidelines.

What You’ll Bring





- Housekeeping Supervisor, Team Leader or senior housekeeping experience

- Background in 5-star hotels, luxury hospitality, spas or premium wellness

- Solid leadership and an obsessive eye for detail

- Excellent organisation and time management

- High standards of presentation, hygiene and member service
- A proactive attitude and genuine pride in creating beautiful spaces
