About the role The Clean Scene is looking for a reliable, experienced cleaner to join the growing crew. You'll start out learning the ropes alongside the owner, then move onto your own set of regular clients once you're confident and settled in. The work is a mix of residential homes, some office cleans, and the occasional end-of-lease job. You'll be based mostly in Torquay, with some jobs in Armstrong Creek and Geelong. Monday and Tuesday are must-haves for availability. There are 2 early morning office starts built into the week (6am) — if mornings aren't your thing, they can be swapped to evenings instead.

Key responsibilities

- Cleaning residential homes, offices, and end-of-lease properties
- Working solo once trained and confident
- Building and maintaining relationships with your own regular clients
- Communicating professionally and friendly with clients

The Details

- $33.85 per hour (casual)
- Travel between jobs paid
- Minimum 15 hours a week to start — real potential to move into part time or full time down the track for the right person
- Your own regular clients once you're up to speed
- All equipment and products provided
- Full training given
- Small team, hands-on owner — you won't just be a number

About you

- Previous cleaning experience (non-negotiable)
- You actually ENJOY cleaning!
- Solid attention to detail
- Punctual, dependable,



and someone clients can trust in their home
- Friendly, qualified communication with clients
- Current driver's licence
- Your own reliable, insured car
- National Police Check (or happy to get one)
- Full working rights in Australia
- Availability Monday and Tuesday at minimum, with flexibility across the Torquay/Geelong week
- Looking to stick around long term
