About the role
We are currently seeking for a HR Advisor to join our team in Wyaralong.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the HR Partner, providing comprehensive Human Resources advice and support to Engineering, Construction, Commercial, Procurement, Commissioning, and Operations teams.
- Partner with functional leaders to support workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, talent development, and compliance with Australian employment legislation and corporate policies.
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment processes to support the progressive staffing requirements across the design, construction, commissioning, and operational phases of the project.
- Oversee employee onboarding, mobilization, and workforce administration activities, ensuring a seamless employee experience and workforce readiness throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support project leadership in building and maintaining a high-performing workforce by aligning HR initiatives with business and operational objectives.
- Ensure HR processes, policies, and practices are consistently implemented to support project delivery,
employee engagement, and organizational compliance
About you
- More than 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in construction, infrastructure, industrial, or utilities projects.
- Proven experience in recruitment, HR coordination, and workforce administration within project-based environments.
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and industrial relations practices.
- Demonstrated experience providing HR advice and support to middle management and senior leadership teams.
- Experience supporting workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and talent development initiatives.
- Solid stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Ability to work effectively in dynamic, fast-paced project environments and manage evolving workforce requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
