THE ORGANISATION

Peoplecorp is partnering with a leading organisation to secure an experienced HR Advisor for an initial six-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys being the first point of contact for employees and managers and thrives in a fast-paced, service-focused setting. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A 6 MONTH CONTRACT.

THE ROLE

Reporting into the Senior HR Manager, you will provide day-to-day HR advice and support across the employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on first-line HR enquiries and the management of a centralised HR shared inbox.

You will be responsible for responding to a broad range of employee and manager queries, providing timely and practical advice, escalating more complex matters where required, and ensuring a high level of customer service across the organisation.





THE CRITERIA

You will be an experienced HR Advisor or HR Generalist who is comfortable operating in a high-volume, customer-focused HR environment. You will enjoy being the first point of contact for employees and managers and have the ability to quickly understand an issue, provide practical advice and know when to escalate.
