HR & Training Coordinator

BackTrack is hiring a HR & Training Coordinator, based in Armidale.

This is a job with room to grow, and a team that will back you to do it. You'll keep our people systems humming: recruitment, onboarding, HR records, and training coordination for our staff, apprentices and trainees. You'll learn award interpretation, compliance and training pathways properly, alongside people who know them inside out.
