We are seeking an experienced HR Tilt Tray Driver to join our team at All Access Haulage in Smeaton Grange, NSW. This is a full time position where you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting EWP equipment using a tilt tray truck. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of our equipment to our valued customers.
What you'll be doing
- Operate a tilt tray truck to transport a variety of equipment such as scissor lifts, boom lifts, forklifts and excavators.
- Ensure all loads are secured and transported safely in compliance with relevant regulations
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to identify and address any issues with the vehicle
- Maintain accurate records of pickup and delivery locations and other relevant information
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients Customers prior to arriving on site
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Report any maintenance issues to your Transport Manager
What we're looking for
- A valid HR (Heavy Rigid) driver's licence with clean driving record
- Experience operating a tilt tray truck or similar heavy vehicle,
preferably in a commercial or industrial setting
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with Customers
- A commitment to safety and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks
- Monday to Friday work with occasional Saturday work
- Knowledge of Sydney roads
- Preferable but not essential - EWP and Forklift tickets; white card
