About the role The HSEQ Advisor is Killara Services' onsite safety, compliance and quality resource, based at Killara's offices. The role delivers day-to-day HSEQ support across the business - toolbox talks and training, first-line incident reporting, Systems administration, audit-prep support and ESG data collection and is the first point of contact for site managers and staff on safety matters. The role operates within a hybrid mode: day-to-day HSEQ work is owned onsite.

Key responsibilities

- Delivering monthly toolbox talks and hands-on training across sites
- Managing first-line incident reporting, scene management and notification triage
- Administering Safety systems day-to-day with accurate data entry
- Collating safety documentation and supporting audit preparation
- Operating the corrective-action loop with a defined verify-and-close step
- Collecting ESG and sustainability data for central reporting
- Maintaining the hours-worked / lag-indicator feed into injury reporting
- Acting as first point of contact for site managers and staff on safety matters
- Providing first-line injury reporting and worker contact, escalating active claims
- Documenting SOPs, the legislative register and the handover pack

About you

- Excellent understanding of the OHS Act generally and specifically as it relates to the industry
- Unwilling to compromise safety
