We're looking for a HubSpot Marketing Admin to join a fun, fast-paced and engaging team in Darlinghurst. For this role, you need to know HubSpot.

You'll be working hands-on in the platform, supporting marketing activity, managing customer data, building lists and segments, creating emails and setting up workflows.

What you'll be doing

- Managing and maintaining contacts within HubSpot
- Creating and updating contact properties
- Building lists and audience segments
- Setting up HubSpot workflows, enrolment triggers and actions
- Creating, testing and scheduling marketing emails and EDM campaigns
- Working with HubSpot forms and form submissions
- Managing and updating email templates
- Maintaining CRM data quality
- Identifying duplicates, bounces and data inconsistencies
- Exporting lists and working with CRM data
- Producing basic HubSpot and campaign reporting
- Supporting marketing campaigns and activity
- Working with different teams across the business to get the most out of HubSpot

What we're looking for

Hands-on HubSpot experience is essential. We're looking for someone who can confidently get into HubSpot and use the platform themselves.



You should be able to complete the core HubSpot tasks above without needing to be shown how.

You'll ideally have

- 1–2+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience
- Experience using HubSpot Marketing Hub and CRM
- Experience building lists and segmentation
- Experience creating and testing marketing emails
- Experience building workflows and basic automation
- A good understanding of contacts and properties
- Experience working with forms and understanding how submissions flow into HubSpot
- Confidence working with CRM data and spreadsheets
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills

You might currently be working as a HubSpot Administrator, HubSpot Marketing Specialist, CRM Administrator, CRM Specialist, Marketing Automation Specialist or Marketing Coordinator. If you know HubSpot and you're coming from one of these areas, we'd love to hear from you.
