- HRIS System and Talent Management Technology Support
- Support Continuous Improvement Activities

System Administration

- Administer Council's HRIS and Talent Management platform, maintaining data integrity across position establishment, employee data and payroll records
- Process position/employee movements, LSL certificate of service transfers, and leave audits

Continuous Improvement:
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain optimal platform performance through regular maintenance
- Provide management reports on system performance as requested





Learn Local Government Corporate Governance:
- Work in line with legislative requirements, Council's Code of Conduct, EEO and records management policies

Qualifications, Experience and Specialist Skills & Knowledge: Essential -
- Demonstrated experience in application/systems administration support
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills across all organisational levels and with external vendors

Desirable -
- Understanding of HRIS use in Local Government and related technology trends
- Ability to design, implement and operate HR systems
