Due to strong, continued growth, Cool Draft Services is seeking a skilled Draftsperson to join our established team in Tingalpa (Brisbane East). We specialise in the design and documentation of coordinated mechanical and HVAC systems for major retail, commercial, and industrial projects across Australia.

Key Responsibilities

- Produce detailed, coordinated 3D HVAC models using Autodesk platforms.
- Generate accurate 2D manufacturing and installation drawings (layouts, sections, details) from 3D models.
- Coordinate seamlessly with project managers, engineers, and site teams to identify and resolve constructability issues.




- Incorporate supplier, manufacturer, and architectural models into master project documentation.
- Manage strict document control, including drawing registers and revision tracking.

The Candidate We Are Looking For

- Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in mechanical services (HVAC) drafting within Australia.
- Software Skills: High proficiency in AutoCAD is essential. Strong exposure to or working knowledge of Revit is highly regarded.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail with a track record of maintaining precise document control.
- Autonomy: Ability to manage your own workload, meet project deadlines, and work independently when required.
- Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with site teams and engineers.
