We’re looking for a Loan Processor to join the growing team at Loan Market Payneham. You’ll play a key role in supporting our brokers with the end-to-end processing of home loan applications, ensuring every client enjoys a smooth and stress-free experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the broker from loan submission through to settlement
- Liaise with clients, lenders, conveyancers, and other third parties to keep deals on track
- Manage client documentation and compliance requirements
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintain organised digital files
- Provide timely updates and clear communication at every stage of the loan process
- Contribute to improving internal systems and team efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in a mortgage broker support, loan processing, or banking/finance admin role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Clear and skilled communication skills (written and verbal)
- A proactive, team-focused approach and commitment to great customer service
